Website Terms and Conditions
1. General
This website is operated by Natalie Messika, Israeli Business Registration No. 12319950, based in Midreshet Ben-Gurion (hereinafter: the “Business”), and offers printed books for purchase and delivery to customers in Israel.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of books through it.
Please read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Placing an order through the website constitutes acceptance of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Any use of masculine wording in these Terms and Conditions is for convenience only and refers to all genders.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits consumers’ rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, or any other mandatory provisions of applicable law.
In the event of any conflict, mandatory provisions of applicable law shall prevail.
2. Books and Information on the Website
The website offers physical books only. Book details and prices are displayed on the product pages.
The Business makes efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The colors of book covers displayed on a screen may differ from those of the actual books.
All book sales are subject to stock availability.
If, after an order is placed, an ordered book is found to be unavailable, the Business will contact the customer and offer the option of waiting for the book to be restocked or canceling the order and receiving a full refund for any items that will not be supplied.
Any changes to the order will be made only with the customer’s consent.
3. Placing an Order and Payment
To place an order, customers must select the desired books and provide accurate and complete information, including their name, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may delay order processing or delivery.
If any information has been entered incorrectly, the customer should contact the Business as soon as possible.
Payments on the website are made by credit card through the PayMe payment processing system.
Completion of the order is subject to payment approval.
Book prices are stated in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT where applicable by law.
Shipping charges are displayed separately and added to the order total before payment is confirmed.
The binding price is the price displayed at the time the order is completed.
Subsequent changes to prices on the website will not apply to an order that has already been confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery is available throughout Israel at a flat rate of NIS 30 per shipment.
Collection in person is not available.
Delivery will take place within 7 business days of order and payment confirmation and receipt of all information required for shipping.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and statutory days of rest.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to coordinate delivery where required.
If a delivery delay is anticipated, the Business will notify the customer and provide information about the expected delivery date.
A delay caused by exceptional circumstances does not limit the customer’s rights under applicable law, including the right to cancel a transaction due to failure to deliver on time.
5. Order Cancellation and Book Returns
Cancellation Period
The purchase of a book may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the book or receiving the document containing the transaction details as required by law, whichever is later.
A consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen aged 65 or over, or a new immigrant, as defined by law, may cancel the transaction within four months of the date specified by law, provided that entering into the transaction involved a conversation between the consumer and the Business, including communication by electronic means, and subject to the conditions prescribed by law.
Submitting a Cancellation Notice
A cancellation notice may be submitted by either of the following methods:
Email: messikanatalie@gmail.com
Telephone: 050-7264872
The cancellation notice must include the customer’s name and identification number, as required by law.
Customers are also encouraged to include the order number and identify the books they wish to cancel, to help locate the transaction.
Cancellation for Reasons Other Than a Defect or Breach of the Transaction
Where cancellation is not due to a defect, a discrepancy, failure to deliver on time, or another breach of the transaction, the Business may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
If the book has already been delivered, the customer must return it to the Business at the customer’s expense.
Customers may contact the Business for return shipping instructions.
